About Will Johnson

Born and raised in London before moving to Boston to study Film scoring, I am a multi-media composer who always looks to enhance storytelling through my music. With a fluency in many genres, my music is rooted in a strong classical foundation combined with aspects of Jazz, Hip-hop and contemporary styles to pin-point emotion. Raised as a bassist and educated through classical piano I have played on stages from Wireless Festival to Southwark Cathedral and Royal Festival Hall. Always driven by my belief that music is the most direct route to emotion, I seek to compose scores that stay with listeners long after the lights come up.
